This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use the Lumber Logic mobile application (the "Service") and the choices you have associated with that data.

1. Information Collection and Use

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

• Personal Data: While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. This includes your email address (collected for account management and subscription synchronization).
• Usage Data: We may collect information on how the Service is accessed and used. This may include your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address), device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app, the time and date of your use, and unique device identifiers (Device IDs).
• Financial Data: To facilitate premium features, we collect Purchase History records. We do not collect or store your credit card numbers or banking information; all payments are processed securely by the Google Play Store.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

We employ third-party companies to facilitate our Service, verify subscriptions, and analyze app performance. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf.

• RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat collects Purchase History and Unique Identifiers (Device IDs) to verify your subscription status and ensure access to premium features like PC Sync.
• AdMob (Google): We use AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob uses the Advertising ID from your device to serve interest-based ads.
• Google Analytics / Firebase: We use these tools to collect diagnostic data and app usage patterns to improve the user experience.

3. Data Safety & Retention

• Encryption: We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) to protect your data in transit between your device and our service providers.
• Retention: We retain your Personal Data (Email, Purchase History, and Device IDs) only for as long as is necessary to provide the Service and maintain your subscription status.

4. Data Deletion Rights

We respect your privacy and your right to control your data. Users may request the deletion of their personal data collected by the Service at any time. To initiate a data deletion request, please contact us at contact@bigideatinyworkshop.com. Upon receiving your request, we will delete your personal information from our records and notify our third-party service providers (e.g., RevenueCat) to do the same, except where we are required to retain it by law.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Service is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
